Terms and conditions

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about our company policies and your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

At International Hair Solutions, all of our products are made of 100% natural human hair. Because each bundle of hair comes from individual people, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. However, we will make every effort to match your order to your desired requirements. Our virgin hair comes in either a straight, wavy, or curly pattern. “Straight” hair texture may range between straight or slight wave, “wavy” may vary between loose wave and a deep wave, and “curly” may be between loose or tight curls. The color of our hair may also differ in color from a natural black to a dark brown. Please note that if you have
a specific request in color or texture for our hair, you can refer to the “comments” box on the order page and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to request a refund or exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase to initiate a refund/exchange.
  • If hair has been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any manner we CANNOT give any type of refund/exchange.
    Note: We strictly adhere to the federal law that states you cannot return human hair products after it has been used. All refunds or exchanges are voided if the hair has been altered in any way.
  • Hair must still be in its original bundled and not tied at the top.
  • Hair must still be in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs. We recommend using a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service and/or insurance to protect your package.
  • Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office before a return or exchange can be granted.

We ask that you do not send unauthorized items. International Hair Solutions is not responsible for any lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to an incorrect address.

30 Day Product Guarantee

In the rare occurrence that an issue comes up with one of our hair products that cannot be resolved through routine maintenance, we will make every effort to resolve your concerns. To determine if there is a genuine problem and how to resolve it, follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Tell us your concern by calling customer service at 1-877-226-6808.
  • Be prepared to send photos of your hair problem

Because most problems can be resolved with a typical maintenance procedure, we may offer suggestions that may resolve the problem with your product. If the problem cannot be resolved through these regimens, the hair must be sent back and received at our warehouse before we can take further action. Each scenario is handled on a case-by-case basis.

In order for us to determine that your purchase is accredited for a replacement, the entire purchased amount of hair must be completely removed and mailed back to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the costs of hair removal and shipping. International Hair Solutions will thoroughly inspect the product, and if a problem is found, we will send the customer a like-product replacement upon verification of the problem. International Hair Solutions will bear the cost to send out the replacement product. If no problem is found, International Hair Solutions will send the item in question back to the customer with no exchange.

Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges for customized hair products

For bulk hair, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, unused, and in its original condition. We can then exchange the product for something of equal value. The Defective Product Exchange Policy is not applicable if bulk hair has been installed due to the nature of the product and possibility of incorrect installation which could result in the hair being inverted.

Payment Terms

Payments are always made 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards which will be charged as soon as you place an online order. We advise you to carefully review your order and shipping information before placing your order. Your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order once submitted. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds for 3-5 business days.

Credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be summoned to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form in addition to sending supporting documentation before your shipment can be
released. A representative will contact you promptly after you have placed your order if this happens to be the case. For the cardholder’s protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

Wholesale order payments can be made via bank deposit or wire transfer.

Product Availability

If any product is unavailable for any reason, we will immediately contact you to see if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If you do not wish for a substitution, you may terminate the sale in which case we will refund the amount charged to your credit card. Please note that prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. Before we complete your order we will notify you of any corrections or changes.

Order Processing and Shipping

International Hair Solutions business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm CST. Orders that are received before 2:00 pm CST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following monday (holidays exempt). Orders will arrive within the time frame
selected on the order form. Wholesale orders will take 1-2 business days to ship.

Transit Times:

All orders ship from Schaumburg, IL. Please see the map below for estimated transit times using UPS Ground Shipping. Please note that these times are not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery, please choose another shipping method..

Standard UPS shipping rates apply. Depending on your location, a signature may be required for some orders. Please note that we cannot ship to any P.O. boxes. Deliveries should be made to a physical address so it can be tracked.

Shipping Delays

In case of any unanticipated delays, we strongly advise ordering far in advance. International Hair Solutions is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We do not offer reimbursement of shipping charges if your package is delayed.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

To ensure that your shipment is delivered on time, make sure you have included all the information such as address, apartment number, etc. needed to deliver your package with ease. Your order will be shipped through UPS to the provided address. It is extremely important that you provide complete and accurate information to ensure your order is delivered on time. If an addressed correction needs to be made after your order has shipped, you will be charged the UPS fee of $12.50 to make the correction. If a shipment is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Please note: NO refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

In the case of a lost package or a discrepancy in delivery information when tracked, contact us immediately and we will contact UPS and have them start an investigation.

International Shipments

International customers paying with a credit card will be required to submit a signed credit card authorization form with supporting documents. Customer service will be in contact with you upon placing your order.

International shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs varies in every country.

Additionally, International Hair Solutions is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs. Invoices are sent with all shipments – this is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Policy Changes

International Hair Solutions LLC reserves the right at our discretion to make any necessary changes to prices, policies, and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Images displayed on the International Hair Solutions website are either the property of, or used with permission by International Hair Solutions LLC. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright or trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Additionally, any product, service, program or technology described in any document that is published by International Hair Solutions on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by International Hair Solutions LLC. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by International Hair Solutions LLC.

Submissions

Any communication or material, aside from your personal information, that you send to International Hair Solutions will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary. This includes but is not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions. Submitting material to International Hair Solutions may be used for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. Additionally, you decisively transfer and assign to International Hair Solutions and forever waive and agree to never assert any copyrights, moral rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have. International Hair Solutions is free to use any ideas, concepts, or techniques contained in any communication you send to International Hair Solutions, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and/or services.

International Hair Solutions reserves the right to withhold approval at our sole discretion. No sale is final until approved by International Hair Solutions.
