FAQ

Can I visit your office or meet with you?

Absolutely. Many customers pick-up hair from our Schaumburg location. We need to schedule appointments in advance to visit our office. If you are interested in scheduling a visit please contact us and we will be happy to schedule a meeting.

We also attend various trade shows (like Bronner Brothers, Americas Beauty Shoe, Proud Lady, IBS, Premier to name a few) and travel to our customer organized events. We are always on the road and will be happy to meet with you where you are.

Do you Guarantee your hair?

Because we are THE SOURCE and we know how the hair reached our hair factory, we can guarentee that our hair extensions are 100% natural human hair.

In the very rare occurrence that a problem arises with one of our hair products that cannot be resolved through routine maintenance, we will make every effort to resolve your situation. The steps to determine if there is a genuine problem — and how to resolve it — are as follows:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You must call Customer Service at 1-877-226-6808 and tell us of your concern.
  • Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send photos of your hair problem.

Since most problems can be resolved with a maintenance regimen, we may offer suggestions as what product(s) may help resolve your problem. If the problem cannot be resolved through maintenance, the hair must be sent back to us and received before we can take further action.

 

Do you sell only Indian Hair?

We sell 100% Natural, Authentic Human hair that originates from the temples in India.

You may be aware that more than 90% of the natural human hair sold across the world is sourced from India – even though they are branded as Malaysian, Brazilian, Peruvian etc., With IHS, you will find the most authentic hair that is similar to the products branded as some other country for marketing purposes.

Do you sell to my Clients?

We sell ONLY to professionals and entrepreneurs in the beauty business. Before we make a sale, we ask for a cosmetology licence or Business ID/ EIN so we verify that we are not selling to end customers.

How does drop shipping work?

We ship products to your customers as if you ship to them directly. We can receive orders from your website seamlessly or through phone calls and emails. We then ship the products to you or to your customer as if you ship the product.

I am not a cosmetologist or I don’t own a hair business. Can I buy from you?

We sell only to stylists, salon owners, cosmetologists and business owners. We want to verify the cosmetology ID or business ID before sending and products to make sure we are not competing with our customers

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. None. Nada. You can buy one bundle, a hundred bundles, or hundred kilos…Its all up to you. Obviously, the more you buy, the more discounts you get.

Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Illinois.

We ship orders using UPS ground shipping that requires a 10$ standard shipping fee. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination. There are no shipments delivered on holidays or weekends with UPS and shipping to a residential address and signature required have extra costs.
